Xypron Technologies trains students, freshers and career-switchers in Chennai across Full Stack Development, Data & Analytics and AI — with industry expert trainers, real-time projects and placement support that runs until you have an offer.

That tagline is the actual sequence we teach in. You write code from the first week. You learn the concepts underneath it once you have felt the problem they solve. You grow the work into something complete enough to defend in an interview. And then we help you convert it.
Xypron Technologies operates from Thoraipakkam in Chennai, serving the OMR corridor, the wider city and — through live online batches — learners across Tamil Nadu and India. We run fifteen programs across three deliberately narrow pillars rather than a catalogue of forty overlapping courses, because depth is what an interviewer probes and breadth is what a brochure sells.
The institute is small enough that the trainer who takes your free demo class is the trainer who teaches your batch, reviews your code and sits your mock interviews. That is not a scale we intend to grow out of.

How we select the people who teach you
Every Xypron trainer is a working practitioner in the stack they teach — not a full-time instructor who last shipped production code years ago. Three filters, applied before anyone takes a batch.
Currently shipping
A minimum of 8 years of production experience, with recent work in the stack. Someone teaching Spring Boot is writing Spring Boot this quarter, not recalling it.
Can teach it, not just do it
Candidates take a live session with real students before they are offered a batch. Technical depth without the ability to explain it does not pass.
Stays through placement
The trainer runs your mock interviews and writes the note that goes to hiring partners with your profile. Teaching does not end at the last module.

We tell you when we are not the fit
If your background makes a track unrealistic, or another institute is genuinely better for what you want, a counsellor will say so. Enrolling someone who will not finish helps nobody.
Nothing is taught from slides alone
Every concept is introduced at the keyboard. If a module cannot end in code you wrote yourself, it does not belong in the curriculum.
Claims we can evidence, only
We publish the syllabus module by module, name the tools, and describe exactly what placement support does and does not cover. No guaranteed-job language, because no institute controls that.
The curriculum follows the market
The AI pillar exists because Chennai employers started hiring for it. Modules get rewritten when the stack moves — LoRA, MCP and RAG evaluation are in the syllabus because teams ask about them now.
