Privacy Policy

What we collect when you enquire, why we collect it, who else can see it, and how to have it deleted. Written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to https://www.xypron.com and to personal information you give Xypron Technologies through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email in connection with a course enquiry. It is issued by Xypron Technologies, Plot No. 600, 6th Cross Street, Secretariat Colony, Thoraipakkam, Chennai – 600097, Tamil Nadu, India.

This website is a static, informational site. It has no user accounts, no login, and no database of our own. Nothing you submit is stored on this website or on a server we operate.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect only the fields on that form:

  • Your name — so a counsellor can address you properly.
  • Your mobile number and country code — so we can call or message you back.
  • Your email address — as an alternative contact route and to send you a syllabus if you ask for one.
  • The course you selected — so the counsellor who calls already knows what you are asking about.
  • Your message, if you write one — entirely optional and entirely up to you what it contains.
  • The page you enquired from — a technical field that tells us which course page prompted the enquiry.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation, plus your phone number. If you visit our centre, we may note your name and contact number in a visitor record.

We do not collect payment details, identity documents, government identification numbers, or academic certificates through this website. Any such information is handled offline at our centre if and when you enrol.

3. Why we collect it

Enquiry information is used for exactly three purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry — a callback, a WhatsApp reply, or an email with the information you asked for.
  • To arrange a free demo class or counselling appointment if you want one.
  • To follow up on that enquiry a small number of times if we do not reach you first time.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to other training institutes, education aggregators, lead marketplaces or advertisers. This is not a policy we reserve the right to change quietly — if it ever changed, this page would say so and the change would apply only to information collected after the change.

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent checkbox on the enquiry form, or by initiating contact with us on WhatsApp, phone or email. That consent covers being contacted about the enquiry you made.

You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us — reply "stop" on WhatsApp, say so on a call, or emailenquiry@xypron.com. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and we will stop contacting you.

This policy is written to be consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Third parties who process your data

This website has no backend and no third-party form handler. Filling in the enquiry form does not, by itself, send anything to us — it prepares a WhatsApp message or an email addressed to us and hands it to your own device. Nothing leaves your browser until you personally choose to send it in WhatsApp or your email app, exactly as if you had typed that message yourself. Because of that, the only third parties involved are the ones you choose when you do:

  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose that option, or if you message us directly. Your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
  • Your email provider (for example Gmail or Outlook), if you choose the email option. Sending it is the same as writing us an email yourself — your provider handles it exactly as it handles any other email you send.
  • Our email provider receives and stores any email you send us in the shared admissions inbox.
  • Our static hosting provider and CDN serves the pages of this site and processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.
  • Google Maps, on the Contact page only, if you interact with the embedded map. Google sets its own cookies at that point under its own policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We do not fingerprint visitors and we do not build behavioural profiles.

If website analytics are enabled, they are configured to collect aggregate, non-identifying traffic data only — which pages are visited and from where in broad terms — and are loaded only after consent where consent is required. The embedded Google Map on the Contact page is the one third-party embed on this site, and it loads only on that page.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries you send us live in our WhatsApp Business account or our email inbox, depending on which you used. We retain them for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If you enrol, your record is retained for the duration of your course plus seven years, which is the period we need to be able to reissue a completion certificate or confirm your attendance to an employer.

You can ask us to delete your information earlier at any time. See section 10.

8. Who we share it with

Inside Xypron Technologies, your enquiry is visible to the admissions team and to the trainer for the course you asked about. Outside it, we share your information in only two situations:

  • With hiring partners, and only if you are an enrolled student who has asked us to. Placement profile sharing is opt-in, per company, and we tell you which companies your profile has gone to.
  • Where the law requires it — a valid legal order from a court or a competent authority.

9. How we protect it

  • This website is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS enabled at the host.
  • The enquiry form transmits nothing through this website's own infrastructure at all — it only prepares a WhatsApp message or an email on your own device, which you choose whether to send. There is no server in the middle to secure, and no third-party form handler that could be breached or go down.
  • Access to our WhatsApp Business account and email inbox is limited to staff who need it and is protected by multi-factor authentication where the platform supports it.
  • We hold no database, no login system and no payment data, which removes those categories of risk entirely.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures proportionate to the limited data we hold, but we cannot guarantee absolute security and do not claim to.

10. Your rights

You may, at any time and free of charge:

  • Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Have it deleted, unless we are legally required to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent and be removed from all follow-up contact.
  • Complain to us, and then to the relevant data protection authority if you are not satisfied with our response.

Emailenquiry@xypron.com with the subject "Data request". We will verify your identity — usually by calling the number you originally gave us — and respond within 30 days.

11. Minors

Our courses are intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has submitted information to us, emailenquiry@xypron.com and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to how we use existing enquiry data will be notified to affected individuals directly rather than only posted here.

13. Grievance officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the grievance officer for Xypron Technologies can be reached at:
