By accessing or using https://www.xypron.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are issued by Xypron Technologies, Plot No. 600, 6th Cross Street, Secretariat Colony, Thoraipakkam, Chennai – 600097, Tamil Nadu, India ("Xypron", "we", "us").

2. What this website is

This is a static informational and lead-generation website. Its purpose is to describe our training programs and to let you contact us about them. It has no user accounts, no login area, no student portal and no online course delivery.

Information published here is provided for general guidance. It does not constitute a contractual offer, a career guarantee, professional advice, or a representation about any outcome you will personally achieve.

3. No payment or checkout

No payment of any kind is processed on this website. There is no cart, no checkout, no payment gateway and no facility to enter card or bank details anywhere on this site. Course fees are quoted by a counsellor and paid offline at our Thoraipakkam centre.

If any page, message, advertisement or communication invites you to pay a fee to Xypron through an online form, a payment link or a UPI transfer arranged over chat, treat it as fraudulent and contact us on +91 73493 01293 to verify before parting with any money.

4. Enrolment is a separate agreement

Submitting an enquiry form, messaging us on WhatsApp or attending a demo class does not enrol you in a course and creates no obligation on either side. Enrolment happens through a separate written agreement signed at our centre, which sets out the fee, the batch, the schedule, and the terms applying to that specific program. Where that agreement and this website differ, the signed agreement governs.

5. Accuracy of course information

We take reasonable care to keep syllabi, durations, modes and prerequisites accurate and current. Even so:

Curricula are revised as the underlying technologies change, and module content may differ from what is published here at the time you enrol.
Durations shown are typical and may vary by batch, mode and cohort pace.
Batch schedules, start dates and trainer allocations are subject to availability and minimum batch sizes.
Tools and third-party platforms named in a syllabus may be substituted where a vendor discontinues or materially changes a product.

Confirm the current syllabus, schedule and fee with a counsellor before you enrol. We do not warrant that this website is free of errors or omissions.

6. Placement support — what is and is not promised

Xypron provides placement support, described in detail on our Placements page. That support consists of resume preparation, mock interviews, profile sharing with hiring partners, interview scheduling and follow-up.

Xypron does not guarantee employment, an interview, a specific salary, or a specific timeline to placement, and nothing on this website should be read as doing so. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers on criteria outside our control. Statistics such as "95%+ placement support" describe the proportion of eligible students to whom we deliver the support process — they are not a claim about job outcomes.

Placement support is available to students who complete their course and capstone project and who engage with the process. Company names shown on this site indicate organisations that have hired Xypron students previously; they do not imply a current vacancy, an ongoing arrangement, or any endorsement by those companies.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading or another person's details through any form on this site.
Use the enquiry form, WhatsApp number or phone number to send spam, bulk marketing or abusive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its host, or the systems of any service it uses.
Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from this site for republication or for a competing catalogue.
Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site or the services it links to.
Use any Xypron name, logo or content in a way that suggests affiliation, partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, course descriptions, syllabi, page design, code, graphics, the "XYPRON" wordmark, the circuit-tree emblem and the tagline "Code. Learn. Grow. Succeed." — is the property of Xypron Technologies or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trade mark law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our courses. Any other reproduction, republication, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names and marks referred to in our syllabi — including Java, Python, Microsoft, .NET, MongoDB, Angular, React, Node.js, Power BI, Tableau, TensorFlow, PyTorch and others — are the property of their respective owners. They appear solely to describe the technologies taught and do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

9. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services including WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xypron excludes all warranties, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Xypron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of opportunity, income or data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability arising from a course you have enrolled in is governed by your signed enrolment agreement and the Fee & Refund Policy, not by this section.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Xypron against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
