Machine Learning Models that learn from evidence, not assumptions.

Overview

What this course is, plainly

This track goes deep on the machine learning layer alone — algorithm by algorithm, with the mathematics explained and then implemented rather than imported and hoped for.

You build regression, classification, clustering and ensemble models, learn to evaluate them without fooling yourself, tune hyperparameters systematically, and deploy a trained model behind an API so it becomes a working service rather than a notebook cell.

Why choose this course

  • Algorithm-by-algorithm depth, not library tourism
  • Honest model evaluation and error analysis
  • Hyperparameter tuning and pipeline design
  • Model deployment as a real service
  • Portfolio-grade capstone project

Curriculum

Module-by-module syllabus

The same structure on every Xypron course page, so you can compare tracks like for like. Each module ends in working code, not a quiz.

  1. Module 1: ML Foundations

Framing a business question as a learnable problem.

    • Types of machine learning
    • The bias-variance tradeoff
    • Train / validation / test discipline
    • Feature engineering & selection
    • Scikit-learn pipelines
  2. Module 2: Supervised Learning — Regression

    Predicting a continuous outcome.

    • Linear & polynomial regression
    • Regularisation: Ridge, Lasso, ElasticNet
    • Residual analysis
    • Regression metrics: RMSE, MAE, R²
    • Multicollinearity & diagnostics
  3. Module 3: Supervised Learning — Classification

Predicting a category, and knowing when the prediction is untrustworthy.

    • Logistic regression
    • Decision trees & random forests
    • Support vector machines
    • K-nearest neighbours & Naive Bayes
    • Confusion matrix, precision, recall, ROC-AUC
    • Handling class imbalance
  4. Module 4: Unsupervised Learning

    Finding structure without labels.

    • K-means & hierarchical clustering
    • DBSCAN & density-based methods
    • Principal component analysis
    • t-SNE for visualisation
    • Anomaly detection
  5. Module 5: Ensembles & Optimisation

The techniques that win real-world benchmarks.

    • Bagging & boosting concepts
    • XGBoost & gradient boosting
    • Stacking & voting ensembles
    • Grid search & randomised search
    • Cross-validation strategies
  6. Module 6: Deployment & MLOps Basics

Turning a trained model into something a product can call.

    • Model serialisation with joblib & pickle
    • Serving predictions via a Flask API
    • Input validation & error handling
    • Model monitoring & drift awareness
    • End-to-end capstone project

Projects you'll build

  • Loan default prediction with an ensemble model
  • Customer lifetime value regression model
  • Deployed prediction API with a Flask service

Roles this prepares you for

  • Machine Learning Engineer
  • Data Scientist
  • ML Analyst
  • Applied Scientist (entry)

Tools you'll master

Python Scikit-learn XGBoost Pandas NumPy Flask Jupyter Git

Outcomes

What happens after the last module

The course does not end at the capstone. Placement support runs from your first mock interview until you have an offer — and it is support, not a guarantee.

Resume rewrite

Rebuilt around the projects you actually shipped here, targeted at the roles you are applying for.

Mock interviews

Technical and HR rounds with written feedback after each one, repeated until the gaps close.

Profile sharing

Your profile goes to our hiring partners with a note from the trainer who taught you.

Interview scheduling

We book the interviews and follow through until there is a decision either way.

Next step

Ask us anything about Machine Learning

Batch timings, the fee, whether your background fits, what the trainer's day job is — all fair questions. A counsellor will call you back within two business hours.

Working Python knowledge and comfort with basic statistics. Take the Data Science track first if you are starting from zero.

The course runs for 3 months in classroom & online mode. Weekday, weekend and evening batches are scheduled continuously — call +91 73493 01293 for the next available start date.

Loan default prediction with an ensemble model; Customer lifetime value regression model; Deployed prediction API with a Flask service — plus an end-to-end capstone project you deploy yourself and can walk an interviewer through line by line.

Yes. Sit a full session with the trainer who would actually teach your batch before you decide anything. Ask for one on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form on this page.

Data & Analytics Most enquired

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst full stack course covers the complete analysis workflow: collect, clean, explore, visualise, and then communicate the finding to someone who has to act on it. That last step is what most analyst candidates cannot do, and it is what gets you hired.

Data & Analytics Most enquired

Data Science

The Data Science full stack course runs the complete workflow: collect, clean, explore, model, evaluate, communicate. It is deliberately broader than the Data Analyst track — you do not stop at the dashboard, you build the predictive model behind it.

Deep Learning

Deep Learning covers neural network architectures properly: what each layer does, why gradients vanish, how a convolution actually sees an image, and what a transformer attends to.
